Dear Friend,

 The Albany Berkshire Ballet (ABB) is a nonprofit, professional dance company, under the continuous artistic direction of Madeline Cantarella Culpo, that has performed in the area for over 30 years.  Perhaps you are one of the thousands who have danced in or enjoyed the ABB’s annual “Nutcracker” performances that have been staged in theaters throughout the Northeast!  

 As is true for many arts organization whose funding has been continuously reduced, the ABB very much needs your help.  With your support, we can continue to offer quality family entertainment to our community, along with dancing that will also satisfy the most sophisticated dance fans.

 On Saturday April 28th at 2:00 p.m., the ABB will dance a spring program at the Reid Middle School Auditorium in Pittsfield, MA.  In addition to the family oriented “Alice in Wonderland” ballet, the company will perform “Rockwell Suites,” inspired by the illustrations of Norman Rockwell that premiered at the opening of the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, and ‘Nocturnes,” a modern piece set to Chopin. 

 The ABB’s professional dancers will be joined by local students of the Cantarella School of Dance.  

Please consider a donation to underwrite a portion of the cost for this performance, purchasing tickets or attending the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party on Sunday, April 15th.  Click here for a Tea Party  ticket order form. 

The ABB will ensure that you receive written recognition of your generous support through the performance program.   We hope to encourage a large audience for this performance!
