We regret to announce that the Company will not be presenting its regular Summer Season this year.   We will continue to focus on our fundraising efforts so that we may present you with a wonderful Summer Season 2004.

Student Performance from the SummerDance 2003 Session I. Students will perform in a variety of new pieces of ballet, pointe, and jazz.  Choreography is by Carl Askew and Pamela Wise, Deirdre Duffin-Swindlehurst and Nancy Ropelewski-Pierce and the students themselves. A reception will follow the performance.  

This is a FREE performance open to the public, showcasing all our hard work for the past three weeks.

Friday, August 15 at 5:30 PM
Clark Auditorium in the N.Y.S. Museum, Albany, NY

Student Performance from the SummerDance 2003 Session 2. Students will perform in a variety of new pieces of ballet, pointe, and modern, and jazz.  Choreography is by Karen Knerr and Jennifer Clagett Sommers, and resident faculty.

 This is a FREE performance open to the public, showcasing all our hard work for the past three weeks.

Peter and the Wolf

Albany Berkshire Ballet interprets Tchaikovsky's symphonic fairytale and brings to life exuberant Peter and the animal friends who help him triumph over the danger in his own backyard.

Aesop's Fables
11 a.m. Wednesday - Saturday, August 27 - 30

Favorite fables such as The Tortoise and the Hare and The Goose that Laid the Golden Eggs are portrayed in this ballet that is choreographed to an original score.
 

Admission for the above family performances:
Members: $5 Adults, $3 Children ages 3-18
Non-members: $8 Adults, $5 Children ages 3-18
Includes museum admission.
